Barrel game asset
I just started learning 3DS Max and decided to make a barrel. I know, you've probably seen a bunch of these already over the years, but you got to start somewhere right? This picture is just a WIP for the High Poly model. I'm going to go back in and add some nuts and bolts later. -

Cool =) Saw your Hannya masks over on the 3d prints thread too, very nice. As for scratch resistant paint, I'm a car nut so really can't go past Nano-Clear and I believe their products will also bond with polycarbonate materials, as well. -

Quick update, made a start on the lights which btw the one element of this entire project I could literally go nuts with Affinity's effects suite without the hassle of cleaning up shit color gradients or blending values...otherwise so far like the result. -

Hey, hand painting is one of the most rewarding things when you get it right. Here is a break down .gifs of texture I did at the start of this year. Best thing I can say is just go nuts and never undo anything. Hope this helped. -
