Ok, so been doing some tests on a variety of models with this shader to see how to deal with masks and textures. It's a bit tricky trying to reverse engineer it, so this is only my best guess at this stage. Right now it seems that masks do have gamma correction applied (default behavior in Blender). It also appears that…
An eerie mask that is haunted with the malice of a fallen vampire. I decided to do the mask as a 3D model because it looked cool. https://imgur.com/Y5ZPTWw

Example of what I mean; I have Dirt material in my Red Channel, Grass in Green and Water in Blue. Each of my Vertex Color is…
Hey the issue is simple and menial but would be nice to get fixed. Upon re-rendering the project with new maps, the brightness settings applied to my masks are set back to default. To clarify I have a group which is masked to one of my material IDs I change the material ID settings in the dynamask editor, specifically the…

I have this here: The red portion is on a layer, and the white outline (which I made by expanding a border slection, so it does occlude some of the red) is on a seperate layer, so I can change it in the future if I want to. What I want to do…
You can't apply Levels to a vector mask, only to a layer mask. Check what kind of mask you have. When you do it correctly, you'll see the mask listed in the Channel area, like this.
