I got this script working perfectly with the help of Miauu (http://miauumaxscript.blogspot.pt/) I will post it in a new thread along with other scripts that i use. Cheers guys!
Thanks for the script, i was searching the blueprints manager, so, first i need to crop all 4 images in photoshop, and use the script for importing in 3D max?

You probably want to look into some skin transfer scripts for Maya (topological if you're only moving points). Shouldn't be to problematic with the right script, check on Creativecrash.
The super old MeshTools script has a Connect operation that connects by quad. Not sure why the built in one is lame. http://www.scriptspot.com/3ds-max/scripts/meshtools
