Shape, can't wait to see the finished texture Good stuff nkoste did this very quickly in zbrush, the base I did a while ago, you might've seen it in the speed model thread: and no reference, HA!
You are correct Justin. Mop: Its only a little zbrush. I had some crappy pictures to work off of... and they were from different ages. I was worried he didnt look like him.
So I came across this comic Red Son:Superman. In it they have this bitchin revolutionary version of Batman. So reading it inspired me to model him. So here it is. Im pretty much finished up blocking in. Everything is very low detail at this point. What I would like to do is take it into ZBrush now. Ive said this before on…
cool textures dfacto. top one is especially wierd. a little slow going on this guy. decided to work the bod a little more to make things look more natural. still just prep work before zbrush.
boomz, the people that would give a damn, i don't give a damn about. anyway, interesting piece, what is it for? here's a slight update on the model. just trying to get everything solid before exporting the bod into zbrush.
Cant show much atm. but a first attempt in facial animation for a silo/zbrush SDK. No ears just yet - he`ll get an old army helmet anyway. Here is a 4view of the head in normal (lowpoly) condition.
yeah , its just in zbrush I use the std brush with the alpha that looks like a nipple, ie large fall and sharp point in the middle. great for sharp details/creases/skin detail etc see diagram
Very nice Mop. I can already see that skin in Zbrush. That's going to be great. You should think about some sort of armor in his ankle area though. I think that could add to him.
Kite: The hands are looking great, have to agree with you about some of the wrinkles, mostly the ones on the last three nuckles. East: Awesome work on the jacket. Can't wait to see the rest of the character done up in zbrush.
That's supposed to be Elliot Gould as Philip Marlowe in The Long Goodbye, but I didn't put much time into getting the likeness, so it's probably not recognizable, dunno. I just had movie running on the other monitor while zbrushing.
