If not blinking then maybe at least subtle darting/shifting/trembling of the irises. As I understand, even when a person intentionally tries to hold their gaze at a single point, the eye/brain mechanism still automaitically captures several different "frames" of the image.
@zakhar2 - From imagination, but sometimes I will graze some troublesome aspect of anatomy or form before and during the doodling. @tremulant - Thanks! It's fun but tiring!
Thanks tremulant, yup those glasses were just a box (not anymore) I'm close to wrapping up the sculpting, I just have to finish the tights, boots and jacket now:
yeah, looks a lot better, just needs more value range, as tremulant said - more darks and lights. everything is very midtoney and washed out at the moment. i might have to do a new texture for this guy too!
@tremulant: heh, not really, if it was the Styers way there'd be an 8-pack on the guy. I sat in on his low poly workshop a few quaters back, it was....ok. By the end of the workshop the character looked more alien than human. Anywho, progress...

tremulant, was that guy's face based on The Rock perchance? Normals only/AO+Normals (AO bakes are a little nasty in place but that should be fixed with diffuse painting and specs.
