16 by 10 feet? Huh, nothing short of a professional banner printer/plotter is going to be able to handle that. Try googling 'banner printers'. It's probably going to be several hundred bucks to print. -

I have them printed by shapeways right now, I am looking into getting my own printer. Thinking of getting a Form1 printer from form labs as it seems to have the best resolution.
