I think there is no way of getting random seeds for each time the iterator runs. I have solved it in one of my materials by first creating a substance with the single item. Then another substance uses that substance eight times as inputs to an FX map with different seeds and picks one of them at random. So it's basically…
This is a major upgrade, yes. The upgrade is $75 for the Indie license, and we also have a special upgrade to Substance Live (which includes all our tools and Substance Source), where you only pay $9.90/month for 6 months if you already have a Substance Designer 5 license.
I've not had much time to keep going at this, but chugging along. So far had chance to get a few bits with an initial substance designer pass, its far from pretty at this stage. I'm hoping to refine the substances and meshes as I go (testing iteration speeds through substance to).
Moving this from General Discussion to the Adobe Substance section. That's the best place to post Painter questions. It also helps to put [Substance Painter] in your topic title.

I recommend looking into Substance Designer as well. With Modo you can also get some Substance Designer integration. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ETs6v9HlVk

I mean, most of these are tileable textures with some atlassing: I'd say Substance Designer with whatever remedial Zbrush/Substance Painter work you need to do.
Decided to learn Substance Designer and made this Dirt Ground texture, expanding from the Substance Academy's tutorial series. More renders - https://www.artstation.com/artwork/qAyarz
