UDK supports android and there is unity engine which has vertex painting too but not im not sure if android supports vertex painting. http://www.unrealengine.com/en/platforms/

Glad to see another one trying to achieve this shading.:D I'm also going to try a shot at Unity since it's way more straightforward for shading like this.
Sorry, but coundlt find that. Is this what you mean? I want to export the UV's in that proportion so I can use it in Unity without stretching all the texture.
