Anatomy looks really good and I like the sculpted hair. I'd only look at right breast, she is not lying straight, so I think that it should follow the gravity and hang towards the left one a bit more.
Typically you'd overlay tiling detail maps in-engine and/or secondary UVs to get things like fabric weave.
