Dirt and grime hides seams, normal map errors, and masks boring unrealistic lighting while adding visual detail. Basically it's easier to just throw grunge on it.
Priss, try changing the tangent space of your object, from whatever it is now, to any one of the others, then back to marmoset. Here: Sometimes that fixes these kinds of errors.

No, because they cause the scene to crash and cause a memory limitation error while baking. the scene is 2048 x 2048 but i used just the middle part of the terrain.
You sir, are a mutha uckin' legend!!! The only thing that throws up an error is the name element.elementName = ("MMRE_" + mmreCount) But when I remove the + mmreCount it works perfectly!
