Had a limit of 1000 tris to use and a 256 diffuse, this is also the first vehicle I've made.

you can always render out a UV template (ifits uvd already) and apply it as the diffuse

Use layer masks in Photoshop. You can copy the same mask from normal to diffuse.

almighty_gir, thanks for commenting! So, the diffuse is very gray. Maybe work harder on colouring of Albedo?

Dilation , diffusion and straight uv shells usually resolve most issues. There's the seams tickybox too

specular map should be stored in the alpha of the diffuse if you are using bumped specular shader of unity.
