Not really. As a basic surface it'll do, but to define metal, you need highlights. Get a lighter colour and paint around edges and anywhere where the light would reflect from if there was a source above him.
Conspiracy theorists say the BMI was carefully defined so you'd be rated overweight even if you were just normal weight in order to push more diet plans to the people. Take that as you want.
This lady is definately dragging on now, so I'm trying to move on more quickly. Clothes have been worked on a little and the earrings are being redone, apart from that little touches... O and a background o_O!
You have a nice defining back muscle, but once it hits the shirt, its no more. Maybe a light impression of it continuing under the shirt? And I think you need more loops in the elbows and shoulders.
I think the face is okay, but I think maybe you need to point the chin a bit more. Its hard when working off cartoons, because you lose a definate element of depth.
Wonderful stuff Bobo! It definently has that hand painted charm you do so well. Although, I would personally like to see the tail a bit scaleier. other than that, it looks great!
Thanks Mop. Finishing by Sunday simply wont happen for me. Things are just too busy atm. I'm definately going to finish my skin though...so hopefully it will make the next release.
You might want to check out level designers, and level artists works, and define what it is you would like to do If you can go for a desktop. If you don't have a choice then go for a laptop.
3D is a soft skill? I mean, if you want to make bad 3D art sure. Though how are you defining "Soft skill" in this instance? I thought soft skill was more "Good at leading teams," etc.
Awesome work dude. Definately on par with the other high-detail DCS modules. Its probably as close as you can get to photorealism without photogrammetry! PS: Love the overpainted peeling paint on the canopy frame.
