nice to see you back bronco- and balls texturing is just as fun as you make it, make sommit more interesting and the texturing will be more-so. not another gun type rant ;-) but i agree that the most fun is in the shaders but OH do they still rely on those texturing skills, and those oldskool skills still show through -
Re: Bamboo multitouch pen tablet?
I want to know if the touch ability's would be good enough to replace the need for the buttons. I keep looking at the bamboo fun ($200) and the Intuos4 med ($350). I'm unsure what to get for home... Correction the bamboo still has 4 user defined buttons. I think i'll give the bamboo fun a go. -

play it a decent amount, going the the Grand Prix in London in February :3 I would recommend it solely for the killer art some of the cards have, lots of inspiration there! also the lore and game mechanics are quite fun. I think the game is much more fun to play IRL with the physical cards but the PC games are rad also -

Thank you. Water is a fun subject to work with isn't it? The ease of modular pieces has made this project a lot of fun so far. I usually dive right in and things become a big mess but this time my planning has paid off. Until tommorow. Should be interesting trying to use Z-Brush properly. -

I loved the shit out of some Burnout Revenge - hard for me to go back to racing where carnage isn't the goal. I played the demo and had some fun driving around - but I'd much prefer a simple menu to let me navigate to the fun rather than driving around looking for the correct intersection. -

(spoiler) I was getting sad at the end of the 19th lvl thinking that my fun would be over... glad to see that you can escape the flames... feels like that's when the real game actually starts. i have had an amazing year, got my first full time gig in the industry, getting married in 4 months, our x-mas party was a hell of alot of fun too, casino night type thing, never played craps before, was fun but i still dont know how to play it, heh -

Tablets are pretty cheap..well.. Depends what kind you get. The cheapest are the bamboo ones, right? They're what.. $70-110? I know drawing is for fun and not for a portfolio..but imagine.. Imagine if you can draw even better than this, and imagine how much MOAR fun you can have, how does that sound!
