It's a bit all over the place. Some symmetry might help pull it together with the wheel spikes and big exhaust pipes. I feel the concept but it just needs a bit more polish... continue your vision for it, expand on it some more.

Yeah, I tried it, and I take back my 'user-friendly' comment. Great concept, half-arsed execution. It's a shame, but then again: I'd love to see them continue their work on this untill they've ironed out all of the bugs.
Thanks vig, but this is over 2000 files, , we just need to strip the multires out of them. Many of the textures don't even exist anymore. It loops and gets rid of the multires, but someone has to sit there and click "continue" for each file.
I got good results multiplying both textures together, and dividing the total by .15 </shrug> Only issue is that my buildings look great but my terrain is WAAAY too bright (yes, they share the same shader). Continuing debugging ...

Use the graphite modeling tools to retopologise it manually. Create a very low poly base mesh with as little geo as you need and apply Turbosmooth. Make sure to establish continuous edgeloops around the perimeter for the most control.
