Actually... I just did a test and it turns out that a html file can open an mview file in firefox on mobile devices (I'm on android) So presumably, if i edited the html to have a different filename to load, and put the mview and html giles in the same folder, it should load the new mview file instead -

Holy Crap Awesome! I just saved it to my MaxScript reference folder. removeAllEventHandlers should remove all functions from the timer. Even if Dispose isn't killing the timer it would get removed on the next garbage collection if it has no functions. (Unless you set the life time parameter, which you didn't.) -

I just tested it now on a different file and it worked fine. And then re-tested it with the same file as last time and it also worked... Not sure why it wasnt working before, maybe I was just being blind :s But the folder I tested it on was practically empty... it would be impossible to miss it :( Lets blame..... lack of… -

Yep they switched ON Gamma/LUT by default in 2012 and it jacked up a lot of people. I forget about it because there is a work around to force it to default to off. With Gamma/LUT turned off save a blank scene as "maxstart.max" to the /3dsmax/scenes/ folder. That way it will load up each time max starts or you "reset". -

That's kind of neat, considering my reference folder is full of pictures of Jon Bernthal in The Walking Dead I must have done something right. I was feeling some zombie withdrawal waiting for the next season so I started this project. Still, I'm kind of shocked the inspiration got picked up that quickly. -

Yes, I believe Quixel has been installed on C at some point. Are there any folders, files or registry keys that are not removed during the uninstallation that can interfere? Configure it how you like, save the scene as "maxstart.max" into your 3dsmax scenes folder and it will load every time you launch max or if you reset. I like to toss a 6ft tall measuring stick into my default scene just so I have some sort of scale ref to go off of. -
