Save the script to your scripts folder and add the line migNormalTools; to your userSetup.mel mel file in the same directory or create one if it doesn't exist. This will create a menu called Normal Tools. -

I sometimes get errors like that, and I usually delete the contents of the SwarmCache folder in the UDK/binaries (I think) or delete the cache in the swarm coordinator window. That usually helped me. -

I think marmoset does some stuff with the HDR file. The tbsky files seem to load faster. And if you place them in your installation folder they'll be among your presets. -

Oh and if you could make the entire thing portable so that the settings were saved in a folder that would be great. I would love to use this with Drop box and synchronize all of references. -

I just tried Ninja Ripper. I can't get it to create a _Ripper folder. Marmoset 2 opens in intruder mode. and pressing any of the F keys does not do anything. -

there is usually a recovery file on the same folder where your original file is. Now, if you NEVER saved upon first creating the file, I don't think there is much do be done.
