Day 95 of #360dayofart 🌻I worked on the lens cover of my torch light model. I could not match the exact detail, but it is good enough. 🌻I watched some videos on radial array in Blender. 🌻I responded to all the feedback that I received.
jumping on it. Portal 2 Personality Core (Test Render 1) a shot of the current rig and the proxy mesh is there. stay tuned for a WIP thread in both forums. the render is basically just for post-processing lookdev. the textures are getting there but the animation is way off. running at 95% speed to boot. apparently i forgot…
I'm curious how they are gonna pull of all the races in the Warcraft universe with actors. It feels like 95% of the movie is gonna need to be CG anyway, so why not go all the way. Unless live-action means something else.
I would say 95% of the time I use Dyanmeshed meshes to bake and retopo with. Sometimes I Decimate it sometimes I dont. Sometimes I just knock down the Dynamesh res and just use that as my bake/retopo.
<shameless plug> Load your normals in CrazyBump, and render shadows with the sharpen slider around 95. Copy the output into Photoshop and paint over it! </shameless plug> edit: I guess my shameless plug was unnecessary. MoP beat me to it
Slowly finishing that desert wreck scene some of you might have seen a while ago, Going to try to be at 95% completion by Sunday. Dem crazy vertex painting, letting me fill sand in the cracks. Yay for tileable textures
Been dicking around inside marmosets shader files, and experimenting with different specular shapes! Top row is default toolbag2 with gloss settings .95, .75, .5, and the bottom row is the GGX type specular shape with the same gloss settings.
Took a long break from art for the last few months but got back into it recently. Managed to get this guy to about 95%. I appreciate any comments on the textures before I start rigging him in the next few days!
Hi Sketchbook, third update! I'm nearly finished with the backpack, some minor tweaks that I left for tomorrow but it is like 95% done! It is modeled in 3ds Max and textured in 3D Coat and Photoshop. Hope you like it! Jo Holm
Background modular pieces are 95%done. they need some texture filling. Foreground buildings on the right are close to finished. There are some missing textures and some leftover modeling on the grocery. I'll place these things in engine when they're fully textured.
