Today i'm working on trying to motivate myself to find a job position for a junior artist in england after I got an email earlier telling me i was unsuccessful with my 2nd interview. Wo0t

I know its been said but ya gotta love this thread. Awesome work each post and It's a real motivator as well. After seeing Haz's student's work I got inspired to create a female bust and here it is. Still a bit to be done but it's coming along nicely.
Oh, sorry, all the tutorials I did were on 3D Motive! Forgot to mention that. Really great stuff. And, yeah, I've only had nDo 2 for a few hours now and I've already made stuff that I would easily consider to be usable - all without ever starting up Max. :P
Had to redo the textures on my 3D motive zed bot challenge, lost them somehow, also decided to give him a simple rig and animation over the weekend. Trying to get him ready for a portfolio update. This is attempt 5...or…

My guy didn't QUITE turn out like the concept but I had a lot of fun making him anyway. I took it a step further and attempted a hand…
Me and some schoolmates are doing an art group over Facebook where we challenge each other by taking turns giving weekly challenges. This week's challenge was to model a traffic light entirely in 3DS Max. This is the first time using the program so the process was slow and painful, but well worth it. I feel I'm starting to…
I spent a good chunk of my xmas vacation this year feeding my head with tutorials and info. I went through a bunch of stuff on 3D Motive and I bought a copy of nDo2 to get up to speed on how to use that. This is what I ended up with for my efforts: The trees and grass are from a foliage tutorial, the ground texture from a…
