Thanks allot Poffington .I would stick a few characters in the car ,maybe from my library after I get done with all the modeling and texturing tuts on it .
Scythe and Donavonyoung, great chubby models! Looking forward to see yours textured Scythe. :) There are a lot of nice details for the eye to catch, such as the tentacle sticking out of the bag on Dona's character...
Looks stick Stubs, I'm trying to get our work to pick it up as well. Have you tried the normal to height yet? I haven't gotten a chance but it looks awesome.
Oh thanks, maybe thats what it is! I did give them a lot of padding but didnt stick to the grid, that makes doing the uvs an awkward task but shouldnt take too long I hope.
Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up going with a modular approach. -artquest: I like the idea of cutting out the boards like you illustrated, however i'm trying to stick close to the concept. Anyone recognize the environment?
Super inspired by Halo 4, had to have a go at designing some armor. Not 100% sticking to their aesthetics, but hopefully it looks like it could fit within the same game universe. Might give a go at modelling it *gulp*
Fred2303 - Man, you have gotta fix those pants. Make them a flat color or something because that striping is killing it. Also, her forehead looks like it really stick out from her hair.
UDK, I originally wanted to go with CE3 but it seems like you have to jump through a few more hoops to get models from Maya into CE3 so I decided to stick with what I know for this scene.
SHROOMS! My friend said he wanted me to show him how to make some mushrooms. I knew not how to make mushrooms, so I made these as a test. Thinking I should stick to hard surface ;)
