Working on an Ultralisk from SC2. Trying to combine some concept art, with some realistic anatomy, and the in game model. Still at the primary and secondary form for most of it.
It's not very far away! How did you approach the sculpt? Just forward sculpting each layer? The shapes are a bit soft, they should be sharper to be more realistic :)
Testing some polypaint on this one. I think I'd like to concentrate on nice realtime eyes and hair for this one. I just want a solid realistic piece in the portfolio

I love this kind of stuff....so damn cute, but somewhat realistic. Looks like it could go into a 3D Pokemon game. Especially love the reflection of the city in the windows!!
Yeah, does it show too much? I've been trying to work out a method for painting realistic skin, with blemishes etc, but it's hard to match some of the photo to texture stuff.
You should definitely try to get it into an engine with better/more realistic shading, putting it into the cry sdk shouldn't be that much of a problem, i think it would be totally worth a shot.
