The operators of a stricken Japanese nuclear plant have apologised for a "mistake" in reporting a radiation spike 10 million times above normal http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-pacific-12875327 having said that, they still report extremely high levels
glad all the polycounters are ok. Let's hope we hear from Lamont soon. I've been following this very closely, especially the incident in the nuclear power plant, since I'm here in Asia. My prayers are with the Japanese people. Let's hope they recover from this quickly.
It's unfortunate, but the true scale of the incident and the ignorance of the Japanese government will come to light in the coming months. Their response will simply be "We did not know it was that bad," as they continue to shrug off all responsibility.…
Man, this is terrible, I was just watching it on TV. One disaster after another. Here in Australia, we've had our disasters: Victoria bushfires, Queensland floods and next to us we have New Zealand getting earthquakes. I hope the Japanese stays safe, and the tsunami/earthquakes will end soon.
METAL GEAR FACEBOOK: BUTTHURT OF THE PATRIOTS i've seen a plenty of Russian morons being all ecstatic about tsunami and stuff because JAPAN WANTS OUR (formerly Japanese) ISLANDS BACK!1 THEY SHOULD DIE AND GOD WILL KILL EM WITH FIRE!11 I really wish retards were not allowed to type on the internet, but they are. :((

Not much they could of done to prepare for it other than what they already have done.... My heart goes out to Japan, hope all are…

What they are saying at the TV is more than 35 very small village got destroyed. Things look very bad at the Japanese TV...
I get my news from WBUR - my local NPR station and it's pretty level headed and factual. Alot of the reporting on Japan has been about the rescue efforts and how the disaster is going to effect Japan's economy - and debunking the OMG radiation freakouts going on. The sensationalist news here is also responsible for the…
Maybe people secretly WANT a huge epic explosion that sets humanity back years and brings on a world similar to that of The Road and Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, you know, for tourism. That aside, everyone struck by a disaster of natural causes will forever look completely amateur compared to how the Japanese have handled…
