Oh no! I'm terribly sorry about this. I think I know what might have caused this issue, get the latest version and tell me if it works for you: http://cgted.com/nDo.zip Best of luck, Teddy
meh, forget it, its already implemented in the latest version of ndo i think, so you do not need to bother with a workaround... i see it didnt work now, not sure what i was thinking... >.< you get more of an ao by this :)
Waaah? I have the latest version so I will try it at school tomorrow!. I guess I missed that update, and even though I got newer versions, I forgot to try again at school (thinking it wasn't fixed yet). Anyway, thanks a lot! :)
I'm having a problem on latest version, trying to edit a previous layer with NDO and when moving Depth slider it freezes PS, any key pressed make a 'beep' sound. Always has to kill myself the PS process. Vista, PS CS3, 2048 pixels document.
Contrails, I just made a website dedicated to the tool -- it's quite basic right now, but at least it shows when the latest revision was added :) http://cgted.com/ Check it out! It requires Silverlight (a great new web app framework, download link appears automatically if it isn't already installed). Teddy
@Teddy: Thanks for the heightmap feature! This is my old test file that was purely created with nDo. I just quickly did a conversion with your latest version with it. There seems to be something wrong, maybe due to it beeing created with one of the first nDo versions though. I will do some more testing soon ;)
Had the same thing, this fixed it for me: Open PS and remove the NDo action. Close PS and delete the NDo folder (c:\Ndo) Restart PS and reset all preferences (ctrl-shift-alt during startup) Download the latest version of NDo and install it like you normally would. Hope this helps.
6,000 artists are now using nDo! Thanks everyone for the great support. A minor, minor update this time (bigger ones on their way) - screen location is now remembered, so no more annoying centering after each restart. Good stuff THE 5 and Mik2121, big thanks for sharing. Great tool, thanks for sharing. I've stopped using crazybump/xnormal because of this :) I'm getting a problem whereby the options menu does not appear after running the script. The default normal gets generated after playing the script, but that's all that happens. I'm running the latest nDo version on CS4. I was wondering…
Handy update this time! This one concerns converting photos to normals using customizable presets, such as skin, fur, rock etc. A few "one-click" examples: Using photo preset "Full spectrum": Using photo preset "Fur": Feel free to make your own presets and spread them around!
