My final project for my Environments class. Its basically a floating castle to the Japanese thunder god Raijin. I still need to add some lightning and then render!
Lots of great Environment work popping up in this thread! I'm loving it. Todd, that's some real nice use of color, and i'm loving the floating particles in combo with the god rays.
What do you think Acumen? I drank some mango milk and worked on it a bit, sorry if it's too dark :(. Seems like the keys are floating, will fix that next time cause it's time for bed.

I also need to fix the normals a bit as well :) ps. yes those are floating pillars, no I…
Boo! boo! true, im cutting it real close in some areas to make it a 1024, might end up tweaking some parts. I want to give it a shot at 2048, and for that there is quite the room. Some parts that lay close are floating items. And others can get away with some bleeds. Im just going to play chickin and go for it, giving it…
Like the character ez_jamin, but don't quite get his floating kneecap padding. Great stuff Skippy! Was on this for a little over an hour staying up past my bedtime. Trying to slowly get to grips with sculpting. This is probably my 3rd attempt with a head, normally in Mudbox but tried Scultris and loving the simplicity -…
