I faced this problem on my test character, under the nose area, the shining polys, wonder why this happens? On the right side is a screenshot from 3dsMax viewport.
Yeah separate mesh, like i wrote in the tutorial, its pretty much voodoo magic to get it to work right. Are you using obj from maya or the stooge exporter?
The Toolbag is great, took me a few days of playing with option to get the model to export correctly and maps adjust to look right but I happy with it. Again great tool and thanks for making it available.
Seems cool. Thanks for this. So if I got this right, for someone who already has Maya/Max this would be a complementary app to create real-time materials and game-true renders to present their work?
im having the cursor off set issue and interface getting cut off on the right in the material editor. it says to go to the config setting but i cant find it. need step by step details. plz help.
hi, i dont know if this has been resolved yet, but i recently installed windows 7 and marmosets toolbag isnt working right, im getting this error, does anybody know how to fix this?
Yeap, you're right. It had something to do with the config from marmoset. But I'm too lazy so I just downloaded the toolbag again (lol) and with the default settings it looks way better: Thanks for the help! :-)
I have something strange with the normals on my model when I have uploaded it into the toolbag. The left is with object space unchecked with the normals, and the right is object space checked. Can someone clarify the problem for me?
