As the error says, your computer doesn't meet the minimum hardware requirements, your video card, ram, CPU, etc may be too old. Its hard to say which without knowing the specs of your computer.

Is there an exporter for Maya 2009? I install the 09 plugin and I get this... // Error: Plug-in, "stoogeExport_maya90" was compiled against too old a version of the Maya API and is thus incompatible with the current Maya version. (stoogeExport_maya90) I am on a PC.
If it's just the f12 thing not working for you and your model looks fine on screen then you can just do it the old fashioned way by hitting the "Print Screen" key and pasting into Photoshop. You won't get a high res image but it works.
so i FINALLY got a chance to get this up and running at home. here's a max(left) and marmoset(right) image with an old model. this thing is really cool. i've read throught the pages and can't remember what the deal was w/reflectivity.
anything... geforce 6600 and better, or ati X600/800 and better should run it. I would suggest a 8800 GT or similar, you can get one for around $100, just make sure you have a pci-e slot(may have agp in a system that old?).
Could be, what video card do you have? Looks like some of that is plain old smoothing errors, and some may be filtering issues from having an older card. Its a little confusing with the normal map as diffuse tho, can you post a shot with just a flat grey texture as the diffuse isntead?
