Hey, I am losing my mind over this shape. It doesn't help that I've already added a bunch of support loops. But I can't seem to get this shape without causing an unholy amount of pinching. I'd prefer to not run edge loops over the curve, even if I do, pinching is still present. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! How can I fix pinch in this places? I was trying for pretty long time but did not come up with anything better that what i did here. Thanks in advance )
trying to get rid of this pinching, it's an ejection port on a shotgun cant seem to get this pinching to go away.. ..please done say add moar geo since the receiver is completely done aside from this one part... and here's an over all work in progress. Im not sure if the side ejection port is subdivided correcly..any input…
You could do it with a quadsphere cap. Take a cube, smooth it into an almost-sphere, and slap that on the end. For polar pinching like that I tend to just add extra edge loops to reduce it to nothing because I am lazy. I also find having an n-gon rather than a bunch of tris reduces the pinching.
Le Sigh, I feel so helpless when trying to model sometimes. I've tried about three different methods and every one looks pinched in render. I don't know how to sure up the edges without making the model look pinched, and right now the corners are too round. Can someone help me? Is there an easy way to get the same effect,…
