Finally got the ship into Unreal. Just notice my problem before was that I was using the wrong plugin/script in Maya... (axmesh & axmain looks a like @ 3am in the morning @ . @)
@neoshroomish: a light colored outline is part of the rest of the shader, this is just a test for the shading to get a look thats pretty different from what TF2 has shown @ivars: it's unreal 3

Here's what im working on. It's a alien temple for a game company, and right now the textures are 2048 but will shrink them down soon to 1024. Going to add more stuff too it later and export it into the Unreal 3 engine.

Test bake, lots to fix. I stuck it in unreal to see how badly the seams are going to be. There will be some, but I think with some careful thought on the texture work they won't be very noticeable.
