McGreed the forum shouldn't be moderating your posts, since you are already Verified. If you are being prevented from posting, that would be a new bug we're not aware of yet.
@MightyPea @McGreed could you guys please send me details via PM? I'm writing up a bug report, so I need your technical info. Browser version, OS, what options you have enabled in your profile, screenshots of error messages if any, etc. Thank you.
@"Eric Chadwick" Hello! I also got this problem when creating a new topic. Can you please help me if you have the time? EDIT: Fixed! Thanks! @"Eric Chadwick"
As long as things are kept professional and within our forum guidelines, we welcome discussion. If you have a disagreement with a particular moderator's decision, but feel like they are unresponsive to you, feel free to contact another moderator about it.

Should be fixed now. Our spam filter checks all new accounts that have less than 10 posts. Once you hit that threshold, and haven't been flagged by it yet, then you should be automatically verified, and thus bypass the spam filter permanently thereafter.
We do ask new users to post in the Information sticky in General Discussion. If you had done that, you might have triggered the spam filter sooner. Regardless, virgin users need a certain number of posts (community engagement, man!) before they're automatically exempted from the spam filter.
Spam filter is not controlled by us in any way, other than turning it on. Its inner machinations are opaque for a reason. Don't want spammers learning how to avoid it, do we? It does catch a ton of crap though, so it's worth the occasional hassle. If you're caught in the web, don't worry, once we clear you you're cleared…
