No, sorry, the beta list is filled for the moment. We are planning to expand the beta testing efforts in the near future, once some of the initial glitches are fixed, but we can't put a date on that now.

If you mean load a custom BG image that replaces the skybox image, sorry, not yet. On the todo list though. You can load a custom panorama in the sky object properties though, pretty much all image formats are supported.
