Daven.. That's just sexy man. cg-sammu, Lugia is one of my favourite pokemanz. This looks awesome, though I think the head could have used more work, a bit more sharp angles in there maybe?
Very nice sculpt ! But I wonder if the polypainting should be better with some more cavity painting. Maybe you already planned it, but for now a lot of your nice details are a bit hidden by the color. @Kot_Leopold I really like all your portraits so far man, they don't fall in the standard of cg women. But I'm a bit…
Absolutely amazing work Stertman! Although I get the feeling her face is really shinny making it look like plastic, I would darken up the gloss map and spread those highlights to give it more roughness and less glossy sharp reflections.
Thanks Mashru, Krista! Jaco: Cute kid, bravo! Mask_Salesman: Thanks man, folds are looking much better especially on the shirt. Is it just me or does he look a little like Todd Hollenshead from Id Software? Caldria: Looking sharp, is that detail on her body noisemaker or micromesh?
This guy looks pretty awesome so far, but there's a couple things that stand out to me (most obvious in the sculpt): The biggest is the color of his cheeks/nose (that whole triangle area. Forget the correct term). Unless he's supposed to be sick or something there's too much purple and grey in there. I'd lighten them up…
sketchfabs pretty dope... makes normal seams look like ass tho :poly122: also couldn't get the masks to work out in the alpha :shifty: [SKETCHFAB]kORMJdRwhZNuTyKF5nDSCxSvh6O[/SKETCHFAB] textures on the sharp things are still wip also check out more pics for this and stuff from the environment team here…
@ sam hatami So nice man. This is done in ddo right? If so, did you try making the height for the scratches on the red paint (gas tank blacker?) To make the normal sharper? I'm nit picking, but I think it will look more realistic with a different sharpness in paint scratches to just general unpainted metal scratches.…
Hey thanks for your comment on my scene, that's a sharp observation, I have a few instances where the plant-floor-transition needs softening, still quite a long checklist of things to do *sigh* will set up a thread next weekend with some more pics :) Your library scene looks great! Will search for the thread now to check…
Cushers: Really admire the level of detail you're working on, my eyes weren't sharp enough to notice the eyes first time round, the subtle difference is nice! Grayson: Very cool chair! buckets of character :) got a link to the concept? Makkon: Love it! nice gesture Hazardous: Those frills give me the thrills!... hahaha…
Scott: yeah you're right. I had to sprint through this, but I shouldve softened the edges. The normals worked out in most areas, but theres definitely a quite a few spots that shouldn't have been as sharp. Thanks for the crit! I want to go back and do another polish pass on the diffuse and spec, but this'll do for now.…
