First time working with Substance Designer 3.7 and I dig the power of the program. Rendered in the July version of UDK and will continue to learn and improve on what this small project has taught me!
I finally got this hatch door panel textured in dDo and rendered in Marmoset. I'm starting to get the hang of dDo. It's even more powerful than I thought (and I was really impressed from the beginning).
Made this for my portfolio. I'd love to get some critiques on it! Also just realized I forgot to show off the specular power (aka: gloss) in my texture breakdown because it was in the alpha channel of the specular... Oops!
Its pretty hard to keep up with all of you great artists. You people set the bar up high. Love this thread, and love everybody's work. -High poly powered sword. Check more of this out on my thread.- http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1936388#post1936388
soooo much work left, rebuilding the old model, almost from scratch, and while redoing it for the highpoly of the ingame version, i already do set it up to be printed, with an inside layout for wiring the rotors and positioning lights etc. to be powered by 2 AAA batteries takes sooo much longer :X
I'm calling this done! A being whose sole purpose is the collect and safeguard all knowledge in the universe, the librarian marches across time and space writing history and information few have ever known. What mysteries has he unraveled? What powers has he acquired in his all consuming quest? Few will ever know.
There's so much amazing inspiring work here! Ive been lurking too long. Heres something Ive been working on its a 19th century sailing ship in UDK. A lot of work has gone into it so far and theres still a lot to do. UDK is powerful and versatile stuff...I love it! Danny
