This character is really charming! Just the right amount of detail, love her expressions. The darker, less saturated shading on the sweater is making it appear somewhat dirty though. Other than that, I think you really nailed a unique look.
I'm still working on elevator with pressure plate model. Current wip, 2048 textures and material with bump offset. Modeling itself is very basic, I will add gears and mechanical parts next and spend huge amount of time to create beautiful textures.
Soooo, I'm really late with all this Dishonored fan art and that. But I've finally played the game and loved it stupid amounts, so I decided to do some sort of fan art. Not really based on a specific character just loved the style! Best game Ive played in years!
A rough preview-print on a Japanese Garden Lantern I've been working on, it's for a larger project me and my Brother (lando_viggo) are working on, will probably post a thread about it next week or so! Huuge amount of bonus points to anyone who can figure out what it's for Hint: The Kanji, it's a "fanart", and it's from a…
Wow. Amazing. I love the perfects forms mixed with the perfect amount of detail, and the character in her face. It seems like you do some very light projection painting on faces etc. Do you do that as you go, or once you are semi-finished? Anyways, one of my favorites here in a while.
There's still a fair amount of stuff I need to do with this before I can call the sculpt finished, but it's mostly small details. I need to add stuff like knots for her boots, a split in the back of her loincloth, the dangling ribbons for her hair, and a bunch of small sculpting tweaks. But whatevs. It's coming along.
Man, I love WAYWO. The way WAYWO works and looks on Polycount was one big reason for me to register here. Sooo many great different styles, so many awesome artists, beginners, pros and everything in between; just the right amount of feedback, short crits and now spam- it´s just a wonderful and keeps me refreshing the page…
So I'm trying to make some character bases for a project I want to do after summer. I've been sculpting away in Sculptris every now and then. and today I turned my guy into a girl. I think I'll still need to do a fair amount of polishing before taking this to the Retopo step =/, Im not confident at all about those…
@St4lis Love that demo! I have a few questions about it, would really appreciate if you could elaborate! Is the amount of tiles parametric or is it a fixed set of tiles? if so can you extend the globe to have more tiles easily? just asking because I am trying to get a clue if you did the morph with bones or rather with a…
From a pure technical side it looks very Quake 2 esque. But i guess considering the amount of time and i guess team size you did quite way with your engine. Yet it's not all that clear what you do gameplay wise aside from some first person puzzle variation on the portal formula (sorry for saying that, but thats what it…
