Maybe I ask a stupid question. You save the mask in a 32-bit TGA? And you changed the name when uploading the files? I ask because I had the same problem. And in this way I solved it.
any animators out there know if the maximum frame length for "run" anims on couriers was changed recently ? im getting a pop on a 32 frame loop that I swear I wasn't a few months ago... or maybe its bugged. it looks like it clamps it to 17 frames
@Shock Man, thank you. I have been checking like 3 hours everything except my textures. For some reason, my color mask has alpha (maybe I pressed the by default 32 bit option in photoshop today)so it was that. Thanks man, now its working.

Hi, Im currently having trouble getting alpha working on my courier. I have an alpha channel in my color map. It is saved as 32 bit and i have alpha channels checked when I save the file. I have no idea why the alpha is not appearing in game. Can anybody offer any help on this? many thanks!
