Does anyone know how Valve is handling the event chest items these days? It seems like none of the stuff from the Frostivus or Dark Implements chest are on the store yet. Is this how it is now or are they just being slow or what?
5 chests + a Nexon one released in a short time period could mean lower then normal profits for artists. Surely players are going to burn out and slow down buying chests after 2 or 3 have been released?

check the offical documentation : "To achieve better texture details you can overlap UVs on symmetrical or repeating parts of the model but do not weld them through. Internally we offset overlapping UVs +1 in U direction" // oops too slow :p
Yeah I've been having that problem a lot lately. It's been slow since forever going through the steam client though. The web version is super snappy and normal. Also, it's great to hear that the Chinese will be able to buy cosmetics, that's something I was wondering about.
If Valve wants to encourage people on buying sets, they should fix that über sluggish Shop browser, damn, it took me almost 2 minutes to load a freaking Doom tail and it kept loading the checkout page forever. Why are you so slow, Steam services?
@andrew maybe just slow down the arm movement a bit and its not bad! ,,,, think i finished the new offhand for my riki set v1.1 .. ingame screens come later when i finished the rework of the old mainhand (max dota2 shader with masks)
Any spot left Helenek? :) btw. anyone knows why Valve is so slow with handing out the cosmetics that got accepted to the creators? I hope i don't have to wait 3 weeks like i did with my WR bow, to get my kunkka sword.
I recommend blocking communication with each person who spams your page. It prevents them from leaving messages on your profile/workshop as well. I've been doing that and it's definitely slowed the amount I get. Mostly because I'd get a ton of links from the same accounts.
What did you expect? valve is just too slow to update his reference files. What are you using? If it's fully rigged to one bone, did you rig it in some kind of automatic way? Can you select every vertex and manually set weight to 1? Also, you can try SMD.
