Looks pretty good. Although the fur tips need a bit more fading or anti-aliasing, they get a bit crispy at the ends. And the shadow coming from the trees look like cutout alphas rather natural blurry shadows so its creating some floating bits and artifacts. Aside from that is's pretty convincing, good job with the face. -

Yes and no - I actually tried that earlier but his casting animation is pretty fucked up. If the rotation is not locked the effect will launch sideways in a pretty weird way. (Fun fact: Sniper's rifle doesn't actually face straight ahead when he shoots his bullet. Imagine the barrel fire emitting at an angle 20° different… -

Maybe its just due to the fact that there's no texture, but this doesn't look anything like Emma Stone to me. She's got a more round face, a wider and softer chin and her nose is smaller although you do have the correct shape... or maybe its that her eyes are too small? Either way it makes the nose look too big. -

Yes, they will be. The seems in your screen is not related to thin triangles . While thin triangles are not ideal you can't get rid of them completely for low poly game style models. But if you model for Arnold offline rendering you should use quad only modelling probably and use normal maps only for tiny hi frequency… -
