congradulations! im working on getting A+ certified. i work as repair for a lan center (xbox/pc/ps2), and ive worked at a computer shop, and never really thought about getting certified till lately. i wont really need it anytime soon, seeing as im 16
thanks bro i will be redoing the house cause everyone hates it. id just like to thank everyone on there input about the house and no matter how harsh the crit it really helped i will use ref and get going on a new version as soon as i finish the atv :D
I pre-ordered this from amazon, should get it soon, the original was just plain fucking WIN! So I am really pumped for this one. Only problem is what to play first, this, Mass Effect 2, or Tatsunoku vs Capcom....too many damn choices!

I have tried Wings3d. I didn't like the interface too much, but it was a while back - I might give it another shot soon. Actually, Silo is an even better example of this kind of workflow taken to maximum speed and productivity, especially with the ridiculously fast mesh subdivision.
Fixed. Was interested in this but wasn't planning on picking it up due to Far Cry 2 and Fallout 3 soon (and still gotta finish Stalker). But the reviews are forcing my hand and I'll have to get it. Anyone played it on the PC? I'm hoping the PC port came out well.
Get it into the UDK / UE3 editor as soon as you can and set up a basic light rig. You'll get a sense of scale and see if there any scale issues at all. Also i'm guessing everything is built to the grid? If you're gonna be putting it into the Unreal Engine, just checking.
3dcoat is getting direct texture painting soon(already has another painting solution), so if it arrives on time the alpha might be even more useful for texture painting during domwar...but the interface also needs an overhaul, hey I guess thats why its alpha
Ahh, cool. Thanks for info Jesse. I only heard good things about the refurb. units, but your experience definitely confirms that. As soon as I get my funds together, I'm going to purchase one of these. I have to sell my 12wx first tho.
