Hey guys, I played around with the CryEngine and really liked the soft shadow, "bushy?" look, so I made a small scene: What do you think? -

Yeah , I tried them all except Mari nodes . 3d coat was my main texturing soft for years . Thanks Tiles for artstation link . Looks interesting. My substances are a undecipherable mess usually. -

The soft armor is the layer between the jacket and the vest. It's heavy cordura. Search "PACA Body armor" -

Not sure about freeform tools, but there is a push modifier that will "inflate" the model. Use a soft touch though. -

Tape is awesome. Modeling wrinkly/soft stuff in regular subd without sculpting it is fun :D
