If you want to push to "current gen" you need to step up the realism a lot, especially in textures and materials. There are also a lot of baking errors (Hub creature), UV stretches (top of door on Nostromo) and uneven geometry density. You should invest more time in a polish pass and making sure the bakes turn perfect.… -

sorry to hijack IFraude, but on a related note, does anyone have any info on how to dynamically switchout LODs based on distance in MAYA. I know the games engines handle this, but i'm wondering how to replicate in maya IFraude, you might be best off seeing where decimation (zbrush) or reduce (maya) get you. should be okay… -

Those whirlpool images, well, one word, spherize. A word of advice, FILTERS LOOK TACKY, or most of them do. I call them processed imagery, since you can replicate the EXACT same image over and over again. Other than that though, her art does seem quite good, does she have a tablet?
