How to edit the move gizmo in Maya?
I need help to get rid of the extrude function on the move gizmo in Maya. Every time I move an object, I accidentally click on “extrude” and end of extruding faces when I don’t mean too! It’s been driving me crazy.. wondering if there is a way to get rid of this on the move gizmo? -

Looks like a padding issue yeah. A slight bake misalignment has added a row or two of unwanted pixels, which have been stretched out by the padder. No fix except cage adjustment (I've resorted to nudging the vertices before too) or manually painting over the misaligned pixels. The workflow I've adopted is to drop AA… -

the problem with i7 boards now is that there is a die shrink coming, whether or that means an entirely new line of motherboards to support them is a question, not so much reliability or performance. If you want to keep upgrade in mind, it would really suck if your new motherboard required a flash (that may or may not work)… -

I don't really consider Dell's to be good deals anymore than I think apple products are. Try comparing it to a good brand that doesn't spend so much on advertising, like HP. Still my biggest complaint about Macs are the lack of good graphics cards. Laptops are awful in that regard, and to get a good 3d card in the mac pro…
