I just have one thing to say to you: Please don't enter the Mixamo fantasy character contest, I want to have at least a small chance at getting 3rd place! j/k ;)
Usually when you think sci-fi it's concrete and metal not wood haha. Your models still look awesome and they would go well in a fantasy game. As for your concept.... I hate myself.
Well this isn't suppose to be a natural looking dinosaur through out. I'm just trying to make a fantasy/sci-fi dinosaur that looks monstrous. I fixed up the teeth a little bit as well.
So basically it'll be a Space Wolves Dreddy? Nice detailing so far, BTW, though the title made me think of a Warhammer Fantasy Orc attempt at a steam (or pully!) powered Dreddy. :D
Thanks so much for all of the insight and getting to see under the hood with your process, it's a huge help to someone like me who has the art skills but is still putting together the technical, software side of things. It does seem time consuming, but at the end of the day the result speaks for itself and I hope I can…
Armor detracts. Lose the armor. Link survives on distinct silhouette and color scheme, and the armor would just make him look like fantasy solder #415 instead of the young elf man with a sword and board.
Hello ! Just a little update, more screens will come soon :) Inspired by : Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Golden Sun, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and other great J-Rpg games <3 Work in progress
hey guys, this is the dark fantasy set of monsters we made for Cross Reverie! All are handpainted low poly with anime-ish style ❣️ For 3D viewer and hires, click here:https://www.artstation.com/artwork/dOO8AJ
I found this model online https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/architectural-exterior/sci-fi-fantasy/bag-end and bought it, so I can see how he modeled it. Looks very nice.
Nice one! This one reminds me of the types of models for Final Fantasy 13, with a different head/helmet and different colors you could make a different enemy and it wouldnt look lame/copied! Maybe an idea? :)
