Thanks monster :) Gsokol, I did check for hidden faces and overlapping verts - none for sure! But thanks for the reminder, because sometimes I do forget stuff like that. Wow, Ace-Angel, Xview looks awesome! I will now definitely be using that haha
Finished result: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/QkZWr And blockout phase of big project we're doing in teams of 7 :) . I'm responsible for enviroment art there. The big, white blocks are the monster (bigger one) fighting with the human ;) . It's based on buddhist tale "Prince of Five Weapons"

couldnt tell if they were zombies or monsters? either way.. looks like dead island meets i am legend. Visually... looks AMAZING. Kudos there, ND. but the idea? big MEH. Can we move past war and zombie games please?
The movements feel odd all around - floaty/mocapesque, even on the main guy ... For every zeebrush monster head, I cannot help but think that a real rubber mask would look a whole lot better. Cantina scene, I miss you...
The space command seems to work pretty great, monster! Thanks a bunch! Quack, I'm trying to make this shape: I'm trying to make those little slit cut outs and having them be evenly spaced would make things a lot easier.
Yes, it's a spider like thing. I thought of the spider was from incredibles. But I looked at the concept and found out it is from samurai jack's season 2. The monster called "The beast". I based the C walk cycle off the cycle from the episode.
Boy have I learnt a lot about this shader workflow - Arnold displacement in particular is quite a tricky thing. All is well however and this guy will be done soon, a good thing too as I've got other monsters rolling around in my head!
What was that leaf monster making app... Alchemy? It had symmetry of some kind if I remember correctly. Autodesks Sketchbook pro has symmetry also. [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_enqb1K6KOI"]Symmetry in Sketchbook Pro 11 - YouTube[/ame]
