      You can't make custom weapons for CS:GO (that you'll be able to sell on the workshop). You can only make skins for existing weapons, and maps.

      I believe the only commerical purposes you'll be able to use these for is the steam workshop, outside of that, nothing commerical. But that's a guess, I really don't know.

      I don't have the game in front of me atm, when you say "the uploader" do you mean that not all characters are available in the workshop?
