Go to polygon subobject and then find button create in Edit Geometry and click on vertices where you want to create polygon

Added more of the dark vertical stains on this, and the shape of the dark spots in the metal. This has been an interesting challenge to nail down.

The eyes are more or less vertical centered in the face. Therefore the distance between eye-chin equals the distance eye-top.

Just bake to vertical cross and then convert with ATi CubeMapGen. Pretty sure that's the only application that supports writing that sort of format.
