If you're having trouble coming up with an accurate pose from your head, find or shoot some reference. The silhouette of the character looks as if no study was put into it. The shadow cast from the character is just a blob and doesn't match the form that is there. The side of the Rock should not be as illuminated as it is.… -

it seems to be related to the driver model or so. At least thats what Adobe keeps saying. Installing the latest fix and latest nvidia drivers helped a bit but it still flickers and shows some cache of the direct draw or 3D buffer in between. Also when creating new layers especially text Elements it tends to freeze every… -

I second The_Pixel, about studying more anatomy before modeling any further. The best was to learn anatomy is, in my opinion, to draw from nude models. Only when you're comfortable drawing the human figure try to model it in 3D. What I used to do is several quick studies every day. Something like 5-10 minutes sketches… -

Try drawing it first. Doing this forces you to actually get something concrete down. You can even take screenshots of the detailed level that you have now and create a new layer in Photoshop and draw on top of that! Use this as a tool to see if the shape, color, silhouette, etc. is going to work or not with your scene… -
