I'm not familiar with TB but, coldn't it be the 'channel' slot which is marking the 'R' channel instead of 'RGB'? Plus: I think your 'roughness' map is actually 'glossiness'.
Transform Toolbox Awesomeness Pressing 'R' will Reset Xform and Collapse the Stack: Pressing 'Origin' will move the pivot to 0,0,0 Precision rotates there are quite nice as well. :D
