Making your selected model/mesh transparent will simply just give you the ability to see other shapes/reference images is all :) default is alt+x -

if you're happy with git then keep using it. it would be worth trying perforce out just in case you like it but I wouldn't migrate a project I was halfway through because it's a huge ballache if you want to retain revision history. That's a default Vanilla thing. I'll see what I can do. In general I'm trying to keep the CSS overrides as simple as possible, since Vanilla has a habit of renamingthe underlying IDs which breaks our custom styling. Same with the spacing between threads in the category page. 🤞
