Animated transforms works well with object space. When you start deforming your object, you'll need tangent space.

it's a simple question but i didn't find any way to do it. Is there a way to assign a hotkey for "Go To Unmasked Mesh Center" on the new transform gizmo?

Yep, thanks ! i did not missed it, i forgot to think why he would freez the transform and rotation every time.

Actually it is possible. You have to use posable symmetry in transform menu.First store posable symmetry,and then rotate/move sub tool.

In 2019 (and perhaps 2018) you can do that via an OSL UVW transform node (when using an OSL bitmap node).
