OK so after many requests, I decided to do a final concept of the kid! He looks more like a boy than...ya know...a beardless dwarf... Anyway, I'm pretty happy about it, but it's definitely MODELING TIME! (After 1 more storyboard page) :) -

looks great, Emil! if you want him to look more like kid and less like dwarf- better to make his hands smaller and neck thinner. and imho his head is too big. otherwise looks really trustful, i especially love the texture work! -

Not really sur eabout this being a 1024 - but I really like the Resident Evil 4 feel of that plate so far! The overall proportions of the scene somehow suggest a cute/dwarf/WoW look hence I am curious to see how it will turn out with gritty textures! -

That second background is a bit less in your face, it's nice! Oh, and as soon as you said you weren't actually sure what size she'd be, I drew her small, not fairy small. More like... dwarf, small. Maybe knee height. lol. Less graceful and intimidating, that's for sure, haha. :poly124: -

I've only looked at the first few pages so far....and wow. Really nice stuff. The Dwarf/Gnome looking page is great, and the way he/she details droid at the bustop is pretty awesome. Do you know the name of the artist? I really wish the links would display a visited color..... -

Here is my new character, still in the warhammer universe here is a dwarf. I have some issue with the alpha in marmoset, when I use alpha to coverage I have this noise pattern around the transparency area. Does anyone know how to have clean hairs in marmoset? -

Hey Snickerwicket! The dwarf rig I made that you liked is indeed created in 3DS Max using the CAT system plus a few extra little meshes thrown in. Its a great way to quickly throw an idea together and start working without having to worry about a model. -
