OK...so i got a bit carried away with modeling tonight, i really did not like the center area of the bot, but im going for a futuristic service hatch where the power core of the assault bot can just be removed, let me know what you guys think :D -

If we need fantasy characters / props, we can always go back to sculpting in physical media. We can build out all the costumes and sculpt prosthetics. We can then go to a studio that provides scanning services. I think that's the most efficient and realistic pipeline for future development. wait... -

I use 1and1, and though they have had a reputation for being very jerk like have never really had a problem with them, so it can go in both directions. I'm tempted to change my service now after reading some of the suggestions you guys have posed here. -

This sounds like a bug with the latest release. I wait to upgrade until they have released the next version, since that means they've mostly worked out the bugs with the last release using service packs. You might try contacting your reseller for help with this. They'll have access to support options. -

If Microsoft had announced a competitive reduction in price for XBox Live, it would have been a problem. Since they didn't, this just shifts the two services into parity with each other. While it isn't a good thing for the PS4, the numerous other advantages Sony announced will easily outweigh the monthly fee for on-line… -

I rarely get any problems with split edges from Modo exported to UDK, really just an occasional pixel peeking through a seam here and there. Let's hope Luxology sorts out the FBX vertex normal problem with the next service pack. EDIT: Looks like they're working on the issue. -

I am an exchange student in Kauhajoki, Finland, the town where the school shooting happened on tuesday. Being that I aspire to be a professional photographer myself, I shot about 600 frames covering the site and people's reactions as well as the memorial service in town. This portrait is of the saddest man I've ever seen. -

Ok, I took some of Motz's advice and did a huge makeover on the overdone stuff. It kind of grew on me and made me dislike the gloss to. I will remove the demo reel link soon because it will be out of service for awhile. Should I add a contact page or keep it the way I have it? -

I had picked this up on Blu-Ray when I was in Shanghai last. Of course it wasn't a real blu-ray, just had the border printed on the sleeve, haha. It is in line with Kiki's Delivery Service & My Neighbor Totoro than it is to Princess Mononoke & Spirited Away. Of course it is still worth seeing.
