hawken: I realise this is now the 'mobile gaming & web 3d' thread, but do you really want to be so strict? This thread has always been self-governed, in that people point out when something doesn't fit the specs. If someone posts a very lowpoly model with a normalmap, I don't think you should rule it out just because it…
Hey I finally finished my first lowpoly model. Loads of glaring errors but I learned loads making it. Expect more soon :) The boy clocks in at 1008 tris i think
Really digging this. Got any more? Haven't been on polycount in years. Good to see that the lowpoly juices still flow. Gonna spend the next few weeks reading all that's been posted.

For those that didn't see it, check out this recent thread for some great lowpoly art by RUX: https://polycount.com/discussion/231437/handpainting-normal-maps-pixel-by-pixel-100-photoshop-0-highpoly
All you guys who love this thread, check out the competition section, some lovely lowpoly work going on in there. Just a heads up for those of you who, like me, seldom look there.
@Ani I feel like an evil mailman who goes around running over people's packages instead of delivering them. Awesome style. I love boxy, minimal lowpoly stuff like that.
finally i have something lowpoly to post in here. :D not really happy with it yet, but not sure what to change on it either. any feedback greatly appreciated :) intended for torchlight once the editor comes out.
